AHOY !

I am a captain, ocean whisperer, and self-proclaimed mermaid with a knack for turning landlubbers into water lovers! When I’m not chasing sunsets or navigating salty adventures, you’ll find me teaching, cheering, and occasionally breaking into a happy dance on deck. From powerboats to sailboats, I’ve mastered the art of making waves—both literally and figuratively.

Passionate about building confidence on the water, I’m here to make boating fun, fearless, and fabulously inclusive. Whether you’re hoisting a sail, docking like a pro, or just learning the bow from the stern, I’ve got your back. Let’s make a splash, chase the horizon, and toast to adventures that never end!

Life Jackets / Personal Floatation Devices

Stay Afloat with Safety and Comfort

As an avid water enthusiast, I know that life jackets are the most essential piece of safety gear on the water. But just like different boats serve different purposes, so do life jackets. I keep several on hand, choosing the right one for each activity—whether it’s a snug foam jacket for high-impact boating or a lightweight inflatable for a casual cruise. No matter the adventure, one rule stays the same: always wear your life jacket for safety.

PRO TIP - Consider Fit for Female Anatomy. Standard life jackets (PFDs) often don’t accommodate the bust or hips, leading to discomfort and reduced buoyancy. Look for women-specific designs with internally sculpted bust cups, tailored fits and adjustable straps to prevent ride-up. Ensure comfort, support, and safety on the water with the proper fit for your body.

Womens Life Jacket - Astral

Comes in two great colors eggplant and glacier blue. Designed specifically for women with bust cups.

USCG Life Jacket Bluestorm

This life jacket inflates automatically upon water immersion via a replaceable CO2 cylinder. Lots of colors.

Womens Life Jacket Stohlquist

I have worn this brand for years. Great female fit with internal bust space. Available in purple, orange and gray.

Life Jacket Mustang

A dual flotation system combines the reliability of foam with the sleek, low-profile design of an inflatable.
