About Splash Squad
Captain Julie Coll founded Splash Squad with a simple goal: to help more women feel confident, capable, and empowered on the water. Too often, she saw women who longed for adventure but felt intimidated by the male boating culture and unsure where to start. Fueled by a deep love for the ocean and a passion for making boating fun, fearless, and inclusive, she created Splash Squad as a space to learn, grow, and connect. Because when you find your water, you find your freedom.

At Splash Squad, our mission is to empower and connect women through water adventures, education, and community, creating a supportive space for all skill levels to explore, learn, and grow with confidence.
